# Founders Led Studio

Founders Led Studio is a tech-enabled service practice that gives business leaders an independent view of their technology. We are not a consulting firm and not a software product. We use a proprietary platform called Accelion to read a company's codebase, commit history, tickets, logs, and deployment data — and produce a ranked, business-language picture of where the system is working against the organization.

## What We Do

We deliver five stories in two weeks for $25-40K:

1. **Architecture Story** — What you actually have vs. what you think you have
2. **Knowledge Story** — Who knows what, and what happens when they leave
3. **Risk Story** — Where technical debt concentrates and what it costs in dollars
4. **Velocity Story** — Is the team building what the roadmap says, or closing gaps nobody approved?

Each story is backed by a risk dashboard, compliance scorecards, strategic options with cost/timeline/ROI, and a searchable knowledge base.

- Week 0: Read-only access to codebase, tickets, documentation. One 30-minute stakeholder call. Zero disruption.
- Week 1: Accelion correlates commits to tickets to requirements to code. Our team validates what matters.
- Week 2: Executive briefing, five stories, risk dashboard, strategic options, searchable knowledge base.
